Directions from Newlyn:
Take the B3315 out of Newlyn (up Chywoone Hill), pass through Sheffield and stay on the B3315. After about a mile you will start dropping into the Lamorna Valley. The road down to the Cove is further along, signposted on the left.

There is a regular service between London, Paddington and Penzance, including a sleeper, with First Great Western
Buses:
Penzance bus station is next to the train station.
